This Privacy Policy provides you with details about the manner in which your data is collected, stored and used by us. You are advised to read this Privacy Policy carefully. By visiting MMFSLs Lease Web Portal, you signify that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. 1.Personal Information
Personal Information, means and includes, all information that can be linked to a specific individual or to identity of any individual, including but not limited to, your personal details (like name, address, date of birth, age, sex, nationality father’s name, mother’s name, user photograph etc.), contact details (like your residential address, email address, telephone/ mobile number etc.),bank account details including details linked to credit/debit payment instruments, information about your mobile phone, any details that may have been voluntarily provided by the Individual, whether to Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), any other agency including any Credit Information Companies.
Information obtained with consent from your mobile device like device location, device information (including storage, model, installed apps, wifi, mobile network,) transactional and promotional SMS, communication information including contacts and call logs, log application data caches, Cookies, IP address, log information like your search queries (collectively and individually referred as, User Data)

We use personal information to provide you with car subscription you explicitly requested for, to resolve disputes, troubleshoot concerns, help promote safe services, assess your interest in our services, inform you about offers, products, services, updates, customize your experience, detect and protect us against errors, fraud and other criminal activity, enforce our terms and conditions, etc. We may also use your personal information to send you offers regarding various services/facilities which MMFSL or its group companies may offer, from time to time. We may occasionally ask you to complete optional online surveys. These surveys may ask you for contact information and demographic information (like zip code, age, gender, etc.). We will not use User information for any purpose other than in connection with the Web Portal. MMFSL will not rent, sell or share User information and will not disclose any of the Users personally identifiable information to third parties, unless:
1) It is pursuant to obtaining the Users permission;
2) It is in connection with a disclosure to financial institutions and banks, in which case, the User hereby gives users express permission;
It may become necessary for MMFSL to disclose the Customer Data to the agents, other service providers and contractors (which includes but not limited to KYC repository services, data storage agencies, marketing and collection agents, any assigns to whom MMFSL intends to grant any right or obligation of MMFSL) in the course of normal business operations;
1) It is in connection with the services being rendered through the Web Portal;
2) It is to help investigate, prevent or take action regarding unlawful and illegal activities suspected fraud, potential threat to the safety or security of any person, violations of MMFSLs Terms & Conditions, or as a defence against legal claims;
3) It is a case of special circumstances such as compliance with court orders, requests/order, notices from legal authorities or law enforcement agencies compel us to make such disclosure;
4) It forms part of the information MMFSL shares with advertisers on an aggregate basis;
5) It may also be disclosed to a third party as part of any organizational restructuring.
4.Cookies
A cookie is a small piece of information stored by a web server on a web browser so it can be later read back from that browser. MMFSL uses cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. No personal information / data / details will be collected via cookies and other tracking technology however, if you previously provided personally identifiable information, cookies may be tied to such information. Aggregate cookie and tracking information may be shared with third parties.

6.Retention of Data
We are required under applicable laws to retain certain records for a limited period after closure of your MMFSL account, which will include your personal data such as your name, contact details, customer number and transaction history, etc. ("Retained Data"). Other than the Retained Data, we will delete and destroy all Personal Information that we hold about you when you (or we) terminate your MMFSL account. We do not store your online banking login PIN, TAN and / or password.

MMFSL reserves the right to modify, change or update this Privacy Policy or any other of our policies / practices at any time without giving any prior notification; hence, you are requested to review the Privacy Policy periodically, to make sure that you are aware of any such changes. The said changes shall duly reflect in the privacy policy.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that information about you is available only for so long as is necessary for the purpose for which it is processed, or longer if required under any contract, by applicable law, or for statistical purposes, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Further, MMFSL, its group companies, its affiliates, and their directors and employees (MMFSL Group) accept no liability and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly (including special, incidental or consequential, punitive, or exemplary loss, damage or expenses) from your use of any mobile application or any site or inability to use by any party, howsoever arising, and including any loss, damage or expense arising from, but not limited to, any defect, error, omission, interruption, imperfection, fault, mistake or inaccuracy with any mobile or online application, its Contents (material, information, data, money market movements, news items, etc.) or associated services, or due to unavailability of any application or any part thereof or any Contents or associated services even if MMFSL Group are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses.

Please note that MMFSL retains all rights (including copyrights, trademarks, patents as well as any other intellectual property right) in relation to all information provided on Web Portal (including all texts, graphics, and logos).

You consent to the collection and use of the information you disclose to MMFSL in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including but not limited to your consent for sharing your information as per this Privacy Policy.
12.Website Analytics
We may use third party website analytics services in connection with the Website. These website analytics services do not collect information that you do not voluntarily enter into the Website. These services do not track your browsing habits across websites which do not use their services. We are using the information collected from these services to find usability problems to make the Website easier to use. The recordings will never identify you or your account.

Kindly note that MMFSL does not collect personal information about individuals except when such individuals specifically provide such information on a voluntary basis.
