Yes, you can buy a car at the market value at that point in time under the Flexi Advantage.
Under assured buyback, the buyback value of the car is pre-defined and Under Flexi Advantage, the buyback of the car is dependent on the market value of the car.
Tenure options are 2/3/4 years, and mileage options customers can opt for are 10000, 15000 or 20000 km per year.
Quiklyz provides a brand new car, and it will be registered in the name of the customer.
Simply put, subscribing to a car on Quiklyz is the new, easy, economical and smart way to get a car. Much like you rent or subscribe to your furniture or appliances, you can now subscribe to a car of any brand and model listed on Quiklyz😊. But unlike the self-drive car rentals you are used to, Quiklyz offers you a brand-new car with a white number plate and a RC in your name. Plus, instead of buying a car that costs years to save up for, you simply pay one monthly fee, which covers costs like registration charges, insurance, additional taxes and maintenance. In addition, you also get amazing benefits like the option to upgrade to a better model, buy the car you are driving and get roadside assistance.

You will need identity and address proof (PAN, passport, masked Aadhaar, and utility bill), income proof and a valid driving license. {For a rental apartment, a registered rental agreement (between user and owner) and a utility bill of current address, along with any one document for a permanent address (a voter ID, passport or driving license)}

Unlike the self-drive car rentals you are used to, Quiklyz offers you a brand-new car that comes with a white number plate and a RC in your name. It is not a traditional car subscription because the car is truly yours. You become the first person to drive the car and you do not have to worry about giving it back unless you want to. You can choose from a tenure of 2/3/4 years, after which you can return it, choose to buy it out or even upgrade to a better model that is more in line with your lifestyle at that point. Your new car is yours, but without the hassles, responsibilities and costs.
Quiklyz lets you comfortably get a car of your own when you wish to avoid making a large down payment, wish to use the car only for a few years, want to have minimum car ownership-related hassles, if you have moved to a new place because of work or other commitments or if you just don't want to spend lakhs and lakhs on a car you barely use because of your schedule or traffic 😒. It can also be the right choice if you want the freedom to upgrade your car at regular intervals rather than be stuck with the loan payment for the same car for years.
The customer needs to hand over the car to our nearest car yard. An inspection will be done on the vehicle and the security deposit will be refunded back in case there are no dues.
Basis the pre-defined Buyback value agreed while the booking process, customer needs to make the payment of the buyback amount and will share an NOC with the customer for removing the hypothecation on the car. Security deposit will be refunded back.
The buyback value of the car is defined while booking the car under subscription.
A car is valued and sold to the customer based on the market valuation at that time.
Quiklyz Subscription offers complete flexibility to the customers. Post completion of tenure, you can either buy back the vehicle at a pre-agreed buyback value, return the vehicle or buyback the vehicle with a loan on buyback value. Our experts will always be available to explain to you the details and cost of working for these options and help you make the best decision.
The customer needs to pay the pre-defined buyback value at the end of tenure to retain the vehicle. In the event where a customer wants to buy the vehicle before completion of lease tenure, the customer must pay the Foreclosure Value (includes the outstanding book value amount, GST, TCS and applicable charges).
Quiklyz subscription covers the insurance and maintenance during the tenure - any other expense like fuel, Fasttag, tolls, parking, optional services, challan, etc. are excluded in all the products.
Buyback product is ideal for a customer who wants to retain the vehicle end of tenure, but also values the flexibility that car subscription offers.
Under the buyback product offering, the residual value of the vehicle at the end of the tenure will be pre-defined and agreed upon at the booking stage itself. Hence, the customer will be able to buy the subscribed vehicle with a fixed pre-decided buyback value after the tenure is completed.

Car subscription and car leasing are actually very similar and are also sometimes used interchangeably. Car Subscription on Quiklyz, like Car Leasing, registers the car as a private vehicle (i.e., white number plate) in the name of the customer and is usually to be taken for a longer tenure (starting 2 years). Thus, just by paying a security deposit and a monthly fee, you get to drive around in a car registered in your own name.
Leasing is basically a legal term used in agreements and it means a contract made between a vehicle owner (lessor) and someone who pays the owner to have possession of the vehicle for a predetermined period (lessee). In this case, for example, Quiklyz will be the lessor and you (the subscriber) will be the lessee.

At the end of the tenure, the buyback price is paid to Quiklyz for retaining the car with the customer. In case of foreclosure (closing the subscription before the end of tenure), please refer to FAQ 10.
The subscription tenure is the time period for which you have subscribed to the car, whereas the lock-in period is the minimum time that you should keep the car for. Though you can return the car at any point in time, depending on whether you have returned it before the lock-in period or after the lock-in period, the pre-closure charges that you pay will be different. If you return the car at the end of the subscription tenure, there will be no pre-closure charges.
No, these expenses depend on how you use the car and what you use it for, so it's not possible for us to calculate the same and include it in your monthly fee. Hence, you need to pay these costs in real time, directly to the service provider.
The late payment fee is 2% of the monthly rental.
Yes, the subscription fee includes all requisite taxes. We will provide you with a break-up of these taxes in your monthly invoice.
The token amount will be refunded after 30 working days.
Your security deposit will be returned to you at the end of your subscription tenure, after the deductions (if any) have been made for any damages that are not considered normal wear and tear.
Yes, absolutely! You have the option to end your subscription earlier than your chosen tenure; we'll miss you, though 😟. You may have to bear certain charges depending on the number of months you have subscribed to the car for and when you are returning it.
Yes, absolutely! Your tenure can be extended at any time during the subscription period. However, we suggest you do this at least 30 days before the scheduled end date of the subscription. Do note that the extension will be done at the prevailing subscription fee at the time of the extension. Hence, we suggest you subscribe for longer tenures or extend it much in advance.
Your Quiklyz monthly fee includes the costs of registration, insurance, maintenance, and roadside assistance. Costs like fuel, toll charges and interstate travel taxes are not included in the monthly fee. Any charges not payable by insurance (e.g., due to negligence or driving under influence) are also not included and need to be paid by the customer.
You can Quiklyz a car for 2, 3 or 4 years depending on how long you need it.
In the event the customer wants to return the vehicle before the completion of the lease tenure, he will have to pay the differential amount between the market value of the car (derived through external valuation) and the foreclosure value (which includes the outstanding book value amount, unrecovered dues, GST, TCS and applicable charges) and surrender the vehicle.
No, your subscription fee will remain constant. It would only change if you changed the number of kilometers or tenure, add-on services that you have opted for or if there was any change in taxes.
Buying the subscribed car at the end of the tenure is an option provided to the customer. However, excess KM tracking is done each year and the customer has to pay the excess KM charges at the end of each year.
The buyback value is fixed based on the car the customer has taken and under specific tenure and mileage options. However, if the customer wishes to reduce the buyback value, we can increase the monthly rental under certain circumstances.
The customer can increase the contracted KM during the tenure of the subscription. A revised rental quotation will be shared with the customer.
Yes, extension of tenure is possible based on the credit and payment history of the customer. The revised rentals and buyback value will be shared with the customer. Rentals and buybacks are impacted by the make and model, variant, KM, mileage and tenure opted for.
You will have to set up a standing instruction for the monthly fee payment, accordingly a date for fee payment will be decided, which will remain the same every month throughout your Subscription Tenure.
Yes, absolutely! When you Quiklyz a car you get the same choices, you would from your favourite car manufacturers. We will give you access to the same models and colours that the manufacturer would 🎨.
Yes, absolutely 🥰! We will send you a brand-new car of the model and manufacturer you choose.
No modifications or enhancements can be made to the original car. However, you may add OEM authorised accessories as per your choice.
Yes, you can choose from amongst various variants of the car.
If you drive fewer kilometres than what's included in your plan, the best part is that the unused kilometres can be carried over from one year to another.
You can conveniently choose from amongst 10000, 15000, 20000 km options.

At the end of each year of your subscription tenure , you will have to pay per-kilometre charges for the extra kilometres you have driven to cover the extra cost of maintenance and additional wear and tear.
You can choose the accessories while subscribing, the value of which will be added to your subscription fee. Or you can buy it yourself from an authorized dealer as long as you don't change the car's characteristics (for example, colour) or invalidate the car's warranty (for example, by using performance boosting devices).
During booking, you can choose the colour of the car you want. But post booking completion, changing the colour would not be possible.
Quiklyz is offering new cars on subscription. Pre-delivery checks are performed by every dealer before delivering the car. Still, if you come across any pre-existing issues in the car, bring them to our attention and we will provide you with all the necessary support. All the cars come with a warranty that covers such issues.
If you have all documents and information readily available, you can finish the process in less than 30mins. In some cases, if we need any additional information, it may take up to 48 working hours to complete the process.
The easiest way to subscribe to a car is through the Quiklyz website or the Mobile App available on both IOS and Android platforms. You can follow a simple 8-step process and subscribe in less than 30mins from the comfort of your home.
Yes, you need to be physically present, as you also need to sign the delivery check list at the time of car delivery.

The whole point of subscribing to a car is to lessen your life's stress. Thus, to ensure you have no problem paying the monthly subscription fee, we check your eligibility before approving your application, and your credit score is an important part of that. This process will not impact your credit score in any way. However, once the subscription starts, as per usual practice, we will be reporting your payment history to the credit bureau. If you miss your regular monthly payment, it can affect your credit score negatively.

The car is registered in the name of the customer and it will be under 1st ownership.
The car will be registered in the name of the subscriber and will come with a white number plate. So, it's not going to feel like you're driving around in someone else's car or a commercially rented vehicle. It's your car, and it will look and feel like that 😎.

Our Subscription experts will send you real-time updates on the progress of the work being done by the workshop on your car, until it is delivered. You can also log on to the Quiklyz website or App (which will be launched soon) to get the status and details.
For scheduled service, please book your slot at least 1-2 days in advance, through our website, by calling our Subscription Expert Team or by logging your request via email. The pick-up and drop service is also available, we can collect your car from your residence/office and have it delivered back to you after servicing. Please make sure that your car has enough fuel to be driven to/from the authorized workshop!
Yes. We will take care of the car's Insurance costs and paperwork. Insurance quotation has been facilitated through Mahindra Insurance Brokers Limited.
It depends on the services you choose. If you have opted for this service, you will be entitled to a replacement car while your car is away for scheduled maintenance or accident-related repairs.If you have not opted for this service during the initial subscription process, don't worry! You can add this option afterwards for a small fee on the Quiklyz website or by giving us a call on 1800-209-7845. The replacement car service comes into effect after 7 working days, from the date of opting for it.
Insurance is including of Comprehensive insurance with Nil depreciation and Consumables (Engine protection cover is Included) and 3 years of third-party insurance. From 4th year onwards both own damage and third party insurance will be a part of the insurance.
Yes, you don't have to worry about anything. We will service and maintain the car to ensure it runs smoothly and safely (includes all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance,tyre and battery replacement).
Simply send us the invoice copy (invoice to be in the name of Quiklyz) given by the workshop. However, we request you to inform us before going to the workshop, about the purpose and details of the visit and we must approve the same. It is only with written approval from us that you will be able to claim reimbursement of the fees you paid at the workshop.
First, report the damage by calling our Subscription Expert Team and provide the details of the accident/damage, details of the person driving the vehicle at the time of the accident/damage and some other information. We will then help you schedule a repair appointment.
This facility is provided as a separate service; hence you will have to opt for it at an additional cost. 😊
Lock-in Period refers to the time period for which neither of the contracting parties can terminate the contract. This is also known as a lock-in clause.
No, you cannot move the car to another city. But you can subscribe to a brand-new car on Quiklyz in your new place of residence, as long as we are present there. You must ensure that the car is returned in the same city where it was subscribed.
No, there is no specific speed limit for the car you will get on Quiklyz. So, you should follow the same road rules and regulations you would have done for your own car.
Yes, but please ensure that all regulations are followed as you will be liable for any penalty or damage arising out of improper/illegal use (for example, driving under influence, driving by a minor, expired license, illegal usage etc.) And just a friendly tip - make sure they love your car as much as you do, if that's even possible 🤩
At the end of your subscription tenure, Quiklyz will cover the repairs for all damages pertaining to normal wear and tear. Any damage not caused by normal usage (eg. Dents or chips on the car body, burns, undue damage to the wheels etc.) will be billed to you. We're always here to help you with your queries and provide tips on how to take good care of your car.
You must be a minimum 22 years of age and a maximum 55 years old to subscribe to a car on Quiklyz.
Yes, you must pay the fines in case of any such violations.
Yes, you can carry pets in the car, but you must ensure that the car is kept fresh, clean and damage free.
You may use the car the same way you would use your own car. However, you can't further rent it out or use it for racing or any commercial purposes.
You are free to drive anywhere in India.
In case the car gets stolen, you must immediately notify the nearest police station and obtain a copy of the First Information Report (FIR). The registration, chassis, and engine number must be specified in the FIR. Then insurance claim processing will be done based on paperwork and payment of charges. You should provide us all the necessary documents 📃. You are liable to pay the difference between the Car value and Insurance settlement amount.
